#Refer4Bonus Program Overview

By participating in PanPages TRINITY’s #Refer4Bonus Program, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The parties involved in our #Refer4Bonus Program are you (“Referrer), a friend or family member that you have referred (“Referred Candidate”) and our company, PanPages TRINITY.

• This #Refer4Bonus Program is only eligible for Referrers who send referral emails for individuals that they know in person.
• This offer is valid for all CVs referred to us within the designated time frame (7th Jan 2019 – 28th Feb 2019), and is not applicable for personal applications.
• The Referrer is not involved in the hiring process for the Referred Candidate. 
• The Referrer is advised not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent and invasive, or that may be considered spamming.

How to Participate in #Refer4Bonus

Do you have a friend or family member in mind upon reading the job descriptions for Performance Marketing Manager or Digital Sales Manager? Here's how you can refer them to us:

1. Get your friends/ family members' resume.
2. E-mail the resume to us via hr_trinity@panpages.com with an e-mail title '#Refer4Bonus Program Referrals' between 7 Jan - 28 Feb 2019.
3. Your job as a referrer is complete! We will review the resume.
4. If your referred candidate is hired, you will be notified and you can collect your first RM300 bonus. If your referred candidate is confirmed after 6 months' probation, you can collect your next bonus of RM3000.

Do note that you can only send us 10 resumes to stay eligible for the reward. Once you refer more than 10 resumes, you will no longer be eligible for the reward even if your Referred Candidate is hired and confirmed.

Claiming Your Reward

• The Referrer will be eligible to a reward of RM300.00 upon hiring of their Referred Candidate, and a separate reward of RM3,000.00 after their Referred Candidate has been confirmed post a probationary period of 6 months. 
• The Referrer must claim the reward within 2 months of the time at which the Referred Candidate has passed all interviews and then, the probationary period of 6 months; If unclaimed within this timeframe, the Referrer will not receive the reward.
• The offer does not extend to, nor is the reward payable for self-referrals. To be eligible for the reward, the Referrer should make no more than 10 eligible referrals.

Terms & Conditions

• PanPages TRINITY will collect and process all personal data collected throughout the #Refer4Bonus Program in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 200 legislation.
• PanPages TRINITY reserves the rights to review and investigate any and all referral activities and to modify or terminate referrals in our sole discretion appropriately.
• PanPages TRINITY reserves the rights to the entire hiring process, including the interviews, hiring decisions and probationary confirmation of the Referred Candidates.
• The decision of PanPages TRINITY on any hiring procedures concerning the #Refer4Bonus Program shall be deemed final.
