It's everywhere on the news - businesses are shutting down or operating remotely in compliance with government-issued orders to combat Covid-19 more effectively. Amidst the new remote working situation and efforts to flatten the curve for the spreading of Covid-19 nationwide, there is one unspoken concern among business-owners and employees - how is their business going to survive?

Prepare Your Business & Digital Presence for Covid-19 with These 5 Methods: A Guide for Businesses by PanPages TRINITY

There is no doubt that Covid-19 outbreaks are affecting businesses big and small all around the world. Travel options and permissions are limited, in-store traffic is low and events of all sorts are being canceled.

With little to no other way to keep their business running, many companies are resorting to digitizing their business.

How Lin Qingxuan Digitized Their Business to Face Covid-19 and Increased Their Sales by 200%

China was the first country to face the heavy impact of Coronavirus on their businesses and economy. As the number of daily cases swindle and some sense of normalcy finally returns to the country, some businesses are springing back up, growing stronger after changing their business strategies.

One such example would be Lin Qingxuan, a cosmetic company in China, which had to close 40% of their stores during the crisis. However, their employees were not laid off.

Instead, Lin Qingxuan redeployed over 100 beauty advisors from these now closed-down stores as online influencers, making use of WeChat and other digital platforms to engage customers virtually and sell their products online.

The result? A 200% growth in sales as compared to the previous year - and this is just in Wuhan, without accounting for closed stores in other cities in China.

Speaking of online sales, the first step that you'll have to go through would definitely be as follows:

5 Ways to Prepare Your Business for Digitization & Brand Awareness Online in the Rise of Coronavirus

Step 1: Equip Your Business for Online Transactions

Equip your business for online transactions to digitize your business for Covid-19

Unless your business is in the healthcare sector, it's highly likely that footfall traffic to your store or its branches will fall during this crisis.

Other businesses may still need your goods however, and so would resort to obtaining your products and/or services online. You can facilitate this process by building an eCommerce website. You can then promote your online store on your website, your social media channels and more.

Many digital marketing companies will still be able to provide their services online (That includes us!), and so finding a service provider to help you get this done should be easy. You can find out more about our business website services here.

Step 2: Prepare Your eCommerce Website

Prepare your eCommerce Website to Digitize Your Business

Ensure that your eCommerce platform has a secure payment option, and that your clients can track their product delivery status - simple yet essential features like this will help your eCommerce platform even long after the Covid-19 pandemic has died down.

If there are any service changes for your business, display a message about it on your homepage.

If there could be needs for scheduling or re-scheduling in-person appointments, add a feature to facilitate the process. This can be done by using a Google Form, a calendar booking widget and many others.

Some of you may already have websites with product pages, detailing product specifications and variations. If you're already at this point, you'll only need to add online ordering, online payment and delivery to your website.

Step 3: Create More Digital Content

Create More Digital Content to Digitize Your Business

Remote operation means that you may not be in your customer's top of mind considerations. Remind your customers that you're still around by adding fresh content for your business every now and then.

Update your customers via channels such as:
    • Video updates
    • Social media posts
    • E-mail newsletters
    • Blog posts
    • Webinars
Create a variety of materials that can attract their attention and update them on your latest products, promotions and more.

Step 4: Increase Engagements on Social Media

Actively Respond in Social Media to Digitize Your Business

Your customers could be turning to social media platforms for updates on what is happening around them, especially scenarios affecting their family members and close ones.

Update your social media posts and engage with your customers more in this duration. Prompt for engagements, answers or feedback from your users in your posts, and respond to any inbound messages that you may receive from your posts.

You may find new opportunities through social media monitoring as well. Potential customers could be voicing their needs on social media platforms, and you can turn this into an opportunity to provide for them through virtual means.

    Step 5: Consider Larger Projects

Consider Acting on Larger Projects to Improve Your Business Digitization

Carried out most of the above measures? This off-time may be the best opportunity for you to make that upgrade you've been discussing with your team for a while.

Treat the remote working time as an opportunity to upgrade your business assets and yourself.

Attend online webinars with your colleagues, take online courses, brush up your digital marketing knowledge or more. You might find some ideas and techniques to improve your digital presence through these means. Some digital upgrades that you can consider for this duration include:

    • Website redesign
    • Website security, accessibility & privacy optimizations
    • Website SEO improvements
When your customers are ready to return, they'll find your fresh digital presence prepared to convert more customers than ever.

    Last but Not Least...

Your business can still run digitally, and here are some ways that we can help you.

Remember that these measures could continue to benefit your business in the long-term.

The eCommerce website that you designed could be generating easier, faster sales with a good Google Ads campaign, and you can boost your Facebook posts about your online sales promotion effectively with the right Facebook Ads settings.

If your business could do with some boost online to make customers aware of your product offerings online, we can help.

Finally, the love bug season is behind us, and it's post-event chocolates are now available for cheap!

Along with Valentine's Day coming to pass, we have also uncovered some new insights to how consumers perform searches for their gifting endeavors on this special day.

Valentine's Day 2020 Google Search Trends

4 Google Search Trends on Valentine's Day Uncovered in 2020 - Insights and Tips by PanPages TRINITY, your preferred digital marketing agency in Malaysia

Below, we will disclose the four main findings post Valentine, and what you, as a business owner or an advertiser, can do to make the most out of the event the following year.

Valentine's Day Searches spike from February 11 to February 13

    Source: Google Search Data, U.S., Dec. 25, 2018–Feb. 28, 2019.

The searches for Valentine's Day starts to build up in January, and spikes between February 11 to February 13 - Talk about browsing for some last-minute gifting ideas, eh?

However, the searches for this event does not start only in January. In fact, the first searches for Valentine's Day often start right after Christmas, possibly by individuals who want to have a head-start for awesome gifting ideas.

    If you're an advertiser...

This means that you can start to create Valentine's day service package promotions, gift packages, and even your own blog article on creative Valentine's Day gift ideas from the end of December onwards!

More Searches for 'Gifts for Men' than 'Gifts for Women'

    Source: Google Search Data, U.S., Dec. 25, 2018–Feb. 28, 2019.

Now, we can't say for sure if it's mostly men or women doing these searches, but we can say that there are plenty more searches for 'gifts for men' than there are 'gifts for women'.

In fact, the "for men" searches outnumber the "for women" searches by 3.5:1!

This data does not only include the search query "gifts for men". It also includes data for search terms such as "gifts for boyfriend", "gifts for husband", "gifts for him" and many other terms that reflect men-related terms.

    If you're an advertiser...

This dataset does not mean that you should fully shift your advertising focus to 'for men' searches only. After all, "for women" searches are still present, even if they may be outnumbered by their gender counterpart searches.

Instead, knowing that there are likely to be more searches focusing on men, you can increase your advertising budget for the men's group, increase your keyword bidding prices for these terms, or both, to ensure that you will be reaching the individuals searching for these goods.

Of Valentine's Day GIFs and Gifts

    Source: Google Search Data, U.S., Dec. 25, 2018–Feb. 28, 2019.

We already know that the searches for gifts are sure to peak right before and on Valentine's Day itself. However, an even larger number of people are searching for GIFs pertaining to this festivity. However, while Valentine's gift searches have started since January, the searches for Valentine's Day GIFs typically start to pick up only a week or two before the big day.

While not shown in the graph, Google Search Data has also shown that the search volume for Valentine quotes exceed the searches for both gifts and GIFs.

It might be fair to say that merchants should remember to create content that includes these popular search queries alongside their product pages as well.

    If you're an advertiser...

Running Valentine's Day gift/ service display ads targeting keywords such as 'Valentine GIFs' and 'Valentine's Day Quotes' could give you some leverage in terms of advertising costs and brand awareness while other business competitors solely target their ads on product and gift terms.

Valentine's Day - Not Just for Your Significant Other

    Source: Google Search Data, U.S., Dec. 25, 2018–Feb. 28, 2019.

Searches for gifts during the Valentine's Day period are not limited for spouses and partners only! In fact, it would seem like this is a season for gifting, just like a second Christmas.

Even kids and pets are getting sweet Valentine's Day gifts so that they can join in on the celebration too!

    If you're an advertiser...

Having a landing page designed exclusively for Valentine's Day with sub-sections such as "For Him", "For Her", "For Kids", "For Pets" and even "For Your Best Friend" could work very well in your favor!

    Too long, didn't read?

    Here's a summary:
    • Valentine's Day searches start right after Christmas. Prepare your Valentine's Day promotion in advance!
    • There are 3.5x "For Men" searches for every "For Women" searches. Additional budget allocation is advised for men's group.
    • Valentine's Day GIFs and Valentine's Day Quotes start trending later than Valentine's Day Gifts, but have much more searches. Potential good ad targeting option here!
    • Searches for Gifts for Children and Gifts for Pets also peak on Valentine's Day. Limited time only products can be considered for  for these categories.
Stay tuned for more updates on Google Search Trends on other festive seasons!

Even the best-built sales deck won't amount to anything if you use the wrong phrases to seal the closing deal.

The closing moment is crucial, and you will neither be the first nor the last salesperson to feel anxious when the moment to close sales arrive. Still, it is with this sense of apprehension that every salesperson will feel thrilled when they close a sale.

With the expectations for sales professionals to achieve and maintain a great sales record, quite a number of sales techniques have been developed in the past years, with these few below taking the lead.

Five Sales Closing Techniques That Work & Why They Do

5 Modern Sales Closing Techniques That Works and Why They're Successful

    Soft Closing Method

    Soft Closing Technique & Example

If you prefer not to be too direct in your closing technique, try soft-closing. The keys to soft closing is to highlight the benefit of your products, and then ask a low-impact, non-commital question to see if your prospective clients would be interested to learn more.

    Here's a few examples:
    • Would it align better with your company goals if I were to tell you that I can reduce your current Google Ads maintenance cost by 15% and increase the cost efficiency by about 20% at the same time?
    • If I told you that we can get your 15% more leads with higher quality and customer intent, would you be interested to learn more?
    • Would you be interested to know more if I told you that our Google Ads services can tackle those pain points you mentioned, while also maintaining your current marketing operation costs?
Questions as provided above clearly outline the benefits of signing up with your company without asking for any commitment. A question asking about the company goals also gives you a chance to learn more about your prospective clients' needs.

    Assumption Closing

    Assumption Closing Technique & Example

Whether you have left a client's meeting having provided them some new information or if you have learnt about their interests, you can advance towards closing your sale by assuming positive intent.

    Here's a few examples:
    • Did the information and presentation provided above align with your expectations?
    • Did the presentation meet your expectations in terms of data & strategies provided?
    • Does the description of the service we provide sound like something that would be valuable to your business? Does it meet any needs or pain points?
When you start by assuming good intent from the start, you will bring a sense of authority and direct the sales process towards a close.

    Sharp Angle Closing

Sharp Angle Closing Technique & Example

Your prospects would often ask for further price deductions or complementary add-ons, because they know that they have the upper hand in determining whether you're going to get your sales or not. They would also know that you can expect them to do so. Try asking them something in return at this critical moment.

Here's a few examples for when your prospect asks, "Can you further reduce the management fee from 20% to 10%?
    • Definitely, but if I were to do that for you, would you sign the contract today?
    • Sure, I can even push your campaign towards the front of the queue with that, but would you proceed with our proposed budgets meanwhile?
    • If I can arrange that for you, would you transfer us the contract amount within this week for us to get started?
It's unlikely for your prospects to expect this response, because you agreed to their request and also because you proposed to close the contract on that day itself with your own conditions. If your sales manager has given you permission to try sharp angle closes, this could be worth a try.

    Question Closing

    Question Closing Technique & Example

As a sales representative, you'll have to ask some probing questions to develop desire in your clients, and eliminate objections for their purchase along the way. With the proper wording, you may also be able to address these objections while gaining their commitment!

    Here's a few examples:
    • Do you think that what I'm offering will solve your problem?
    • In your opinion, does our offering fit the requirements you mentioned in our previous meeting?
    • Is there any potential reasons stopping you from proceeding with the strategy we proposed?
In the first and second question, you can find out whether your prospect is sold on your idea or not. If the answer is no, you can continue to sell and present your ideas. If the answer is a yes, then you're well on your way to signing a contract. The third one meanwhile, can also give you closure and information as to why your customers aren't fully convinced yet.

    Take Away Closing

Take Away Closing Technique & Example

This strategy works just as well on kids as they do on adults. With children, you'll notice that the moment you take something from them, they will want it even more. This psychological approach applies to adults as well.

If your clients are rejecting your prices, you can remove certain features or services, and then present them the discounted offer again. There's a chance that your prospects will be focusing more on the removed parts than on the discounted price itself.

    Here's a few examples:
    • I can reduce the campaign management from 30% to 15%, but with that we can only provide you the basic set-up and there will be only optimization or changes once a month. Is that okay for you?
    • We can give you the RM500 website package instead of the RM1000 package, but this would mean that we only provide you with a one-pager and free stock photos instead of the premium illustrations.
    • We can reduce the playbook price to RM10000, but we will be removing section 2 - 4 involving your target audiences and messaging tones. If this is okay for you, we will proceed.
By removing certain attractive add-ons or services, your prospect is likely to revert their decisions and decide to go with your direction instead.

One Size Does Not Fit All

While these are some techniques that we propose, it might not work for all cases or for different personalities. The best way to learn the selling and closing techniques for a salesperson would still involve a trusted mentor, leadership and plenty of practice.

Every marketing effort should be carried out with a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) in mind.

    We concur.

However, these KPIs should be relevant - don't create your KPIs just for the sake of creating them!

Here's a blog post guiding you on how you can create the right KPIs that matter for your next marketing campaign and your business.

Five Tips to Remember When Choosing Your Marketing KPIs

Your KPIs are Only as Good as Your Content

Every post, good or bad, can trigger a KPI or two.

A post share can seem good, until you check the shared content to see the person criticizing it. Seeing a post engagement go up can be awesome, but remember that 'Hide this post' can also be a post engagement, albeit a negative one.

Your content quality will determine whether you will get positive data for your KPIs, so create quality content over quantity!

Your KPIs Should be Related to your Business Goals

Always work towards your company goals.

If your company is working towards a better brand awareness, you can look at metrics such as unique reach and new followers. If you are looking at increasing sales, you can look at KPIs such as add-to-carts, purchases and new registrations.

Tie your marketing campaign objectives and goals to your company goals to ensure that you are always moving in the right direction.

    Track Several KPIs That Matters

Include more than just one KPIs for your marketing campaigns.

It wouldn't seem right if, let's say, your 3-month campaign only has a single KPI focused on tracking post engagements. Include other metrics that matters to track everything else that you're accomplishing. A video campaign, as an example, can include video view rates, 100% views, new subscribers and more.

Don't sell yourself short by implementing too few KPIs, but that also brings us to the next point, which is...

Don't Go Overboard with your KPIs

Do you really need 50 KPIs for one marketing campaign?

Reaching KPIs will require you to track and analyze quite a handful of data - who's responsible for what? Which ones can you track easily, and which KPIs will require way too much manpower to sort out?

Choose the KPIs that can tell the audience just enough about what is happening in the current campaign.

    It's Not All About You

So you noticed that your e-mail open rate has dropped this week.

Don't be too quick to blame yourself! Maybe it's just the subject line needing some optimizing, or perhaps your email was delivered during a busy time of the week. Look further - your email with the lowest open rate could be the one with the most additional actions taken!

Don't be too alarmed over one low-engagement post - there could be many factors that are not under your control to start with!

Ultimately, your chosen set of KPIs can determine whether your campaign is considered successful or not, so take some time to think through the metrics that truly matters for your campaign and your company goals!

Most big brands have a good grasp of their social media management, but most of us would have come across at least one or two social media pages that were not managed as well as the others.

Our team has took it upon ourselves to find the foolproof social media management strategy, and we're giving it away to our readers right here for free. The best part? This list contains only 7 steps - easy to digest!

Create Your Own #FailProof Social Media Management Strategy with This 7-Steps Guide

Let us just start by giving a disclaimer: These are preventative measures so that your social media pages are not going to ruins - there are many more measures that you can take, such as by providing good content management, timely interactions and much more.

Regardless, these tips are applicable for pretty much any of the social media platforms that you are using - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and much more. Without further ado, let's get started!

    1. Respond to Negative Comments Appropriately

Trolls prowl on social media platforms. So do individuals who love commenting just for the sake of posting a comment. Worse still, these platforms are where you can freely express your anger and disappointment towards a brand or an organization.

When we are attacked, our first response is usually to attack back - but is not the wise course of action to take! Have a clear crisis-mitigation procedure in place that you can carry out when negative comments or feedbacks flood your page.

Respond with empathy to show your page users that you understand their frustration, and when you post your replies, ensure that it is a response that will reflect well upon your establishment. Never retort in anger.

    2. Stay Transparent & Honest

Chances are that you're a Facebook user. If that's true, then the chances are also high that you have seen the fake Facebook accounts. You know the ones - no profile picture, no posts and no information.

Never try to fake comment replies, responses or reviews with bot accounts, or worse, these fake customer accounts that you make yourself. Customers are smart, and it doesn't take much to figure out that you're using a fake account.

Take extra care to respond to comments whether they are good or bad, and don't delete or ban users with negative comments if they are not of a malicious nature. Also, it won't hurt to be transparent about your company policies even on your social media.

    3. Always Check Your Facts

This should be a common knowledge or at the very least, something that you do without needing to be asked. Check that trending topic, hashtag or event - what is it really about? The lack of effort to click into the trending topic for a 2-minute reading could be the one difference between tagging that event to promote your brand or to burn it down.

Not sure where to start? Start by checking if you are publishing a social media post from the right account, and whether you are posting a public status or privately to a handful of customers. If there are way too many accounts, you can even consider using different browsers or tools to manage your accounts!

    4. Be Sensitive to Your Content

Be tactful. You don't want your 'bold marketing strategy' to go wrong and gain your page waves and waves of new haters. While it varies with different cultures, there are some topics that simply belong to the no-go zone regardless of where you are posting from.

Here's a clearer example. Don't mix politics, racial and gender issues into your business page for starters. Never joke about someone's death, or use it to promote your own business. Anything that might come off as rude or inconsiderate - just don't post it.

If you aren't sure if what you're about to post might be considered as rude, you can even ask a few other staff around you. If you still aren't sure, chances are that it's better not to post it at all.

    5. Stay Within Your Brand Tracks

Surely you would have a brand tone or content pillar that represents your brand more accurately. Whenever you post something, take some time to reflect on the posts' content. Does it follow your company branding? Is it relevant to your company direction?

Playing the humor card every once in a while could be good for some post interaction, but if you are a professional insurance agency posting a quiz for readers to find out which Subway sandwich they are, it just wouldn't make sense, would it?

What you can do instead is to focus on creating valuable content that your page audience would appreciate, which is also relevant to your business at the same time. Build those content pillars, and then you can build your content.

    6. Let Engagements Happen Naturally

You sure you want to go down that '1 like 1 prayer' route? Probably not. Don't use emotions or guilt to get your page users to like, comment or share your posts. In fact, don't beg for attention with those posts just so that you can increase your page and post engagements.

Once in a while, you'd come across pages with posts saying, "For every post engagement, we will donate $X to X." We honestly thought that the concept of doing good without being asked would be more deeply rooted in individuals and organizations by now. It's about time to stop this whole concept of social charity.

After all, these post engagements aren't of high quality. It's just bumping up the numbers for your page, but will they ever become converting customers to your business? Focus instead on creating posts that you customers will find informative and helpful, and let them engage with your content when they want to.

    7. Manage Access to Your Social Media Account

Every once in a while, we would receive inquiries from business owners asking if they can retrieve access to their Facebook page, which had only one admin - and that admin has been working elsewhere for a good amount of time now. This problem could have been solved if several individuals have access to these accounts instead.

Although, on a second note, you might want to be careful about who you want to give the access to. After all, when you give admin access to someone, they can post anything they want on your pages, and if they are not careful, they might accidentally share an irrelevant status or post on your page instead.

Always have a few other staff at hand who have the access to the social media accounts, even if they might not be using the login credentials immediately. Ensure that everyone with access are responsible for the social activities, comments and inbox messages too!

So, now that you know what you can do to ensure a good social media management, you can move on to creating effective social media content that will drive valuable engagements and conversoins instead!

"How much sales can I make from running these ads? I don't want to spend RM50 per day and not get a single sale from it!"

"How soon can I start getting inquiries? Run ads then can start get already is it?"

"How many leads can I get per month, minimum? Can you guarantee that I can get these leads? If I don't get these leads, then how? Refund ah?"

"Which social media channel can give me the most leads? I don't want to waste time and money on platforms that you already know won't make leads."

You Have Been Asking Digital Marketing Experts the Wrong Questions

I can assure you that our staff have been getting the same questions, over and over.

    Every. Single. Meeting.

Honestly? We're tired of it - not because we have to answer them every single time to reassure them that our potential clients will sign a deal with us, but because these were the wrong question to ask. We can't give you the answers that you want to hear when the questions are built upon the wrong concepts and ideas.

How Much Results Do YOU Want for Your Business?

The Wrong Question: How much budget should I allocate for my digital ads?

Instead of asking about the appropriate amount of budget for your campaign, how about thinking about the results that you want?

As an example, if you are looking to get 1M views for your video, over 100K clicks into your website or perhaps even another 250K page likes - do you think that RM5 a day for a week will be enough to reach your target?

    Absolutely not.

You can, instead, give us something a little more concrete so that we can plan out the best digital campaign for you. Give us your KPI, and we can give you a rough estimation.

We want you to do this, so that the budget that we plan for you will give you the results that you want. Otherwise, if we were to just give you a budget and you go along with it - only to find that it did not match your goals, the ad budget would have been spent in vain.

The Right Question: I want to increase my Facebook page fanbase by 500 users by the end of the month. How much will I need to run an ad campaign that will help me reach this goal?

Are Your Digital Assets Optimized for Sales?

The Wrong Question: How many sales can I make from these ads?

We can run ads for you, but how responsive are your staff to inquiries? How many comments on your Facebook or Instagram page do you respond to, and how soon?

If we are directing ads to your website, how informational is your website to make the customers want to buy from you?

You can have the most beautiful graphics for your ads, and the most creative storytelling in your YouTube vide ads, but none of these ads are going to matter if you do not follow-up closely with the inquiries that come by later on.

Even the best ads are not going to get you anywhere if you do not have the right digital assets nor the close follow-ups required to help you get your sales.

The Right Question: Are there anything else that I need to do for my digital assets in order for me to maximize my ads return of investment (ROI)?

Are You Targeting The Right Audience?

The Wrong Question: How soon can I start getting leads from my ads?

Let's take a step back. Before you run your ads and get leads, you're going to need to go through the set up process first.

You'd have your ad assets - images, videos and the like. Who are you targeting these ads to?

If you are targeting a very wide audience, you'd get your ads shown to thousands quickly, but the ads won't be relevant to most of these people. So, you'd be spending your bucks on ad impressions, but your ads are so irrelevant that no one is going to even bother looking at it.

Either that, or you will be getting low quality leads.

If you target a very niche audience who will definitely be actively seeking for your products and services, then you can expect your ads to reach to very few people. When they do though, you can probably get your conversions and your chances of closing your sales could be a lot sooner.

The Right Question: I prioritize quantity over quality (or the other way around) for my leads. How should I set up my ad campaign structure and targeting for this purpose?

    Are You Providing Attractive Promotions?

The Wrong Question: From the quotation you just gave me, you calculated my ROI based on RM2.50 per click. If I get around 100 clicks, can you guarantee me that I can get at least 10 leads?

If you can guarantee us that anyone seeing your ads are going to want to buy your products or services, or if you can guarantee us that every single person who walks into your store will buy the product you're advertising - that means 100% conversion, then yes, we can guarantee you those leads.

    Otherwise, that's really not happening.

The algorithms are always changing. We may promise you a cost-per-click (CPC) of RM2.50 for some of your keywords, only for them to cost a mere RM0.30 per click. It might also end up having a higher cost on the second day your ads run.

That's why ad platforms like Google and Facebook make it clear for us that it's an estimate. We can't promise you that every conversion will only cost you RM10, but we can inform you that we'll be optimizing your campaign for a lower cost-per-acquisition over time.

The Right Question: I would like to market my latest promotions from 'date' to 'date'. Do you have other marketing & promotion ideas that can help me to get more leads?

Where Will Your Audiences Want to Find You?

The Wrong Question: Which social media platform should I advertise on? If I target my audiences on all platforms, will I get the returns I want?

Imagine if you have a pipe that had just burst in your kitchen - where will you go to find a plumber near you who can come by immediately before the water goes everywhere around your house?

Would you go to Facebook or Twitter and search for #plumberKL? Would you go to LinkedIn and filter your searches by profession? No. You would head to Google Search like a normal person would, and call the first number that pops up. If you're lucky, you already have a plumber in your contacts and you can call them immediately too.

On the other hand, if you are selling Insta-worthy outfits, you have so many beautiful photographs that can easily grab attention and any teenage girls' impulsive shopping behavior. Why advertise with a Google Search ad saying, "Lovely outfits from Taobao at factory price" when you can showcase your images in a Facebook carousel ad or a short slideshow video as a sponsored Instagram Story?

Think of your industry, your products, and where your customers would be. That's how you can determine which platform you should be focusing on.

The Right Question: My business specializes in products / services X. Where are my customers likely to find me, and how should I reach them?

Your digital marketing team or external agencies can help you the best when you ask the right question instead of demanding a solution or an answer to the wrong ones - that's how we can tailor the best digital marketing strategies to you.

So, now that you have a better grasp of the right questions to ask, how about renewing your digital marketing strategy so that you are putting in time and effort where it truly counts?
